I have worked in the coaching field since 2013. I started out as a personal trainer for two top-rated studios in Tampa, FL (4U-Fitness and Body by Design) while also working with independently as a Yoga teacher. I then transitioned into working as a wilderness therapy recovery guide in western North Carolina where I helped young men suffering from alcohol and drug addiction learn new strategies for handling the vicissitudes of life. I moved to Portland, Oregon in late 2017 to begin graduate school for nutrition. In Portland, I helped teach cooking and nutrition education classes for the Food as Medicine Institute and Oregon Food Bank and provided nutrition counseling services to patients at a holistic health clinic. I have also completed a 6-month nutrigenomics and clinical nutrition internship with the Nutrigenomics Institute in Richmond. If you would like to know more about my experience, check me out on LinkedIn!
I have helped hundreds of clients in various settings over the past six years, and my intention is to simply help you achieve your goals. Whether it is to lose weight, get stronger, become more flexible, learn to cook, come up with an eating plan, learn relaxation techniques, or anything for that matter, I am here to use my experience, skills, and enthusiasm to help you.
